The goal of BLIS is to improve access to surgery for all patients.  The BLIS patient financing program, done in partnership with Chase Health Advance, provides financing solutions for qualified patients who need financial assistance to pay for surgery.  

We offer qualified patients:

• Affordable monthly payment plans
• Loan amounts ranging from $1,000 to $20,000 with loans and APR’s depending on personal credit history
• Revolving lines of credit to use throughout the weight loss surgery journey
• Instant credit decisions over the phone or online

The BLIS patient financing program is only offered in select locations across the country at this time.
